x = will + genes. the theory of evolution

on the subject of evolution,

many people think of evolution like a litter of kittens, where only the strongest kittens manage to grow up leaving the others to die. in reality evolution is more like throwing a hand grenade into a crowded room. natural selection works on a VERY small percentage of the life that exists. a need arises for change, for the life forms to adapt in order to survive. in order for life to thrive on it must be able to will itself to strive on.
but will alone does not mean you will evolve. in fact evolution often occurs following a "mass extinction event" wherin a tradgedy happens that causes many life forms to perish in a short period of time. evolution occurs as the life forms fighting for the will to live. many change and thus evolve and adapt and live on, but many others just die out.
will means nothing without the tools to control and use it correctly. thus leading to my theory that there must be a genetic pre-disposition for the body to change and adapt to survive. i believe that evolution is more like a genetic abnormality, a sort of mutation that occurs within the genome composition of a living things cellular structure. like hidden within the encoding of the dna of all life is an innate strand of passive dna cells that can become active, given high stress or a life threatening condition.
i believe that the will to fight on and live somehow begins to activate this passive strand built into the coding of the genes of all life. i believe that evolution is more like a mutation that arises from an incoming [or ongoing] threat, and that only a small percentage of life contains this strand of latent potential to evolve.
take my case. my body developped a high resistance to electricity and grew a second set of veins that pump blood into my brain. this means that even if i have a stroke, anurism, or heart attack that would otherwise kill anyone else my age; i would actually be perfectly fine. i could have a hundred strokes ten times over in the worst place possible and i would still have normal bloodflow and be able to function like nothing happened.
i even have an extra vertebre that formed at the base of my tailbone [which for whatever reason is pretty long]. i cannot say whether or not the extra veins or tailbone were a result of my genetics attempting to counteract against the things that literally are the number one cause of death in older human beings. primarily because i do not know the circumstances that led to their forming.
that said, i still believe that evolution is coded into our dna. however, only those who have a predisposition TOWARDS being able to USE this mutation can ACTUALLY EVOLVE. its likely that evolution would be more like you living while you watch all that you love and cherish die and burn before you. and if you cannot fight on knowing that may happen....YOU WILL DIE.
