mind games episode 1 [riddles, can you solve them?]

1. if you send rats into a maze to find cheese and you lock them in, is it still a maze?

2. if the odds of getting heads or tails on a coin is 50% each flip then what are the odds of it landing on its side? [cause it totally hapens...]

3. you go up, its red, down, its yellow. if you go right, its white, left, its black. if you stay in the center, what color is it?

4. 1, 8, 16, 24, ? what is the next number? and what three things does this object have in common?

5. you flip four coins. two land flat with one flipping over after landing, one lands on its side, and the last rolls away. what are the correct odds [ie. what are the odds each coin will land on the respective sides?] for all four coins, listing which landed on heads, tails, and the side? [hint: this answer can be found in the answer to #2, and this has more than one part to each answer.]
